SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your purchased Products. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party carriers.
- Order Processing Times: All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
- Shipping Times: We ship from with Swiss Post. Shipping arrives within 4-15 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Free worldwide shipping.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may be applied upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or postal service disruptions.
- Local Pickup: We currently offer local pickup at the studio in Hersberg. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-4 days. If you have placed your order after business hours your order will be prepared the following day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a purchased Product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a Product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for original artwork purchases, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective original artwork, please contact us immediately.
