SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your purchased Products. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party carriers.

  1. Order Processing Times: All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
  2. Shipping Times: We ship from with Swiss Post. Shipping arrives within 4-15 business days. 
  3. Shipping Rates: Free worldwide shipping.
  4. Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may be applied upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  5. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or postal service disruptions.
  6. Local Pickup: We currently offer local pickup at the studio in Hersberg. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-4 days. If you have placed your order after business hours your order will be prepared the following day. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  1. Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a purchased Product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
  2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a Product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
  5. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. We do not offer refunds for original artwork purchases, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective original artwork, please contact us immediately.
